YOUR INFORMATION
A little clarity.
Here’s what happens when you share a project brief.
What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email, company, optional website, service preference, budget range, timing, and project details. These details and the submission time are saved in the site’s database.
What it’s for
The information is used to review your inquiry, understand the project, and contact you about the work. Submitting a brief does not sign you up for a newsletter or purchase a service.
Please keep it relevant
A short overview is enough. Please don’t include passwords, payment information, or confidential customer data in your brief.
Who can see it
Only the studio can read saved briefs. The site is hosted by Vercel and the database by Neon, which store the information on the studio’s behalf. When email alerts are switched on, a copy of each new brief is also emailed to the studio.
Preventing abuse
To limit spam, the site keeps a coded version of your network address for 15 minutes. The code can’t be turned back into the address. Your email address is also used to limit how many briefs can be sent in an hour.
Site storage
This site does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or store your brief in your browser. The hosting provider processes technical logs to operate and protect the site.
The Client Studio
Clients and studio staff who work on a project together use the private Client Studio. It stores each person’s name and email, the projects they belong to, project messages, uploaded files, approvals, roadmap items, reported results, and a history of changes. Files are kept in private storage and can only be opened by people on that project. Sign-in uses passkeys: your fingerprint, face, or device PIN stays on your device, and the studio never receives it. Sign-in sessions record the browser and network address used, to keep accounts secure. Messages and history are kept for the life of the project so there is one accountable record; ask the studio if you need something removed.
Corrections and removal
Email hello@launchvideonow.com to correct or remove a brief. Include your reference (it starts with LVN-) and write from the same email address so the request can be matched.
